Exploring the Rocky Shallows

A North American river otter explores the rocky shallows at the Texas State Aquarium in Corpus Christi, Texas. Surrounded by clear water, textured stone, and tiny bubbles, the overhead perspective captures the otter investigating its surroundings and highlights the sleek form that makes these mammals so comfortable in the water.
